Warranty & Returns

All South Cali sunnies are manufactured to the highest possible quality standard. But if for some reason yours seem to have lost their sparkle, we offer a 12 month warranty.

Our warranty covers breakage (due to material defects) and faulty workmanship, but doesn’t cover things that would be considered general wear and tear, for example scratched lenses.

If you need to return your sunnies, simply:

  1. Package them up securely in a cardboard box or bubble wrap. We recommend that you use a shipping service with insurance and tracking to ensure we receive your package (we unfortunately can’t be responsible for it if it gets lost)
  2. Put your name, return address, mobile number, email address, and a copy of your dated purchase receipt in the package 
  3. Send your package to:

We’ll let you know once we’ve received your sunnies, and if they are defective, we’ll be more than happy to send you a new pair. If they aren’t defective, repair charges may apply.
