This guarantee applies to any order but does not include shipping and handling.
South Cali must be contacted within 30 days from the purchase date and returned items must be received by South Cali within 45 days from the purchase date.
STEP 1. Contact Customer Service at email@example.com
Please provide your full name, your order number (found in the purchase confirmation email) and the reason for the return.
STEP 2. Return all products and packaging (opened and unopened) to the address provided by the Customer Service team. Clearly write your full name and contact details on the postage packaging.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for this returned package. South Cali is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods and
therefore it is recommended articles are returned via Registered Mail.
STEP 3. After your request has been approved and goods are received by South Cali, you will be credited back the refund for the item(s), on the same payment method that you used to purchase the order. NOTE: The refund for the item(s) does not include any shipping and handling charges, nor any other fees.
STEP 4. Processing of refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the returned package is received.
If your product is determined to be defective it will be replaced at no charge. If you believe your product is defective, notify the Customer Service Department within 10 days from the purchase date.
